Our system ensures that data-exchanged between your PC and our computer system is encrypted with 128-bit encryption – the industry standard. Additionally, user passwords can vary from eight to twelve characters, which means the chance of randomly guessing a password is less than one in one billion! The system also checks for invalid logins and automatically disallows a user after three invalid login attempts. Password Protection & PIN
Your password is secret and confidential; be sure to keep it that way. Never give your password to anyone, whether in person or over the phone. When creating your password Use a complex password with at least nine to seventeen characters; must be a combination of 1 uppercase letter, 1 lower case letter, 1 number and 1 special character.
The password should not include keywords, predictable terms, and number series (For example, Happy12345
Industrial Bank suggests changing your password every 90 days for security reasons.
Multi-Factor Authentication
